Tim, a native of Houston, Texas, moved to Baton Rouge to attend LSU in 1988. After graduation, he attended Torchbearers Bible School in Estes Park, Colorado. Tim and Kathryn married in July of 1998, and he joined the Grace Life Staff in September. Tim served as the youth pastor then the associate pastor before moving into his current role as lead pastor. Tim and Kathryn have three beautiful children, Caroline, Andrew and Olivia. Tim's passion is to share the grace of God and to walk alongside others in their journey.

Executive Director of Ministries
Mandy was raised in Chalmette, a suburb of New Orleans, then moved to BR in 2000 to attend LSU. She and her husband Erick have been blessed with three wonderful children, Clark, Smith and Laurel. In 2012, Mandy felt called to full-time ministry and joined the Grace Life Staff. She loves that her job allows her to combine her passion for the Lord with her passion for organization!

Community Pastor
Tim is from Leesville, Louisiana, and met his wife Linda at Louisiana College. They have two adult children, Luke (married to Viviana) and Katherine. Tim has served in many areas of ministry and was most recently the pastor of Grace Community Bible Church in Denham Springs for 15 years before coming to Grace Life Fellowship. It is Tim's delight and privilege to help people comprehend the beauty of God's grace at work in their lives.

Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Roberta was born in Cajun country, but as soon as she and her husband Frank married after graduating from LSU in 1978, they took off for points all over the US doing television production for Christian ministries. In 1996, she retired from the production industry to raise and homeschool their adopted son, Daniel. In 2007, she joined the GLF Staff. She loves serving the body and being part of the GLF team.

Body Life Coordinator
Kyndal was born and raised in Baton Rouge. In college, she began attending GLF where she met her husband Juan. They have three amazingly energetic boys, Benjamin, Anders, and Hudson. Kyndal joined the staff in 2012 out of a heart to minister to families at GLF. Kyndal is also a licensed therapist with a full time private practice. Both of her jobs are an expression of her love for walking alongside her brothers and sisters in Christ.

Youth Director
Kayla was born and raised in Baton Rouge. Late into her high school years and throughout college, she attended Grace Life Fellowship. After college graduation, Kayla moved to Colorado to work for Young Life. She spent the next 12 years working for Young Life camps across the United States. She moved back to BR in fall 2018 and quickly reconnected with the body at Grace Life. Kayla has a great love for Jesus and teens which drew her to this ministry role.

Youth Minister
Tim moved to BR in 2010 to attend LSU where he met his wife, Courtney. After graduation he joined staff with Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru) where he served for the next 6 years. His passion grew for sharing the gospel and helping students grow in their understanding of their identity in Christ. Tim connected with GLF in 2019 and transitioned into the role of Youth Minister in 2021 after the birth of his son, Everett. His favorite part of ministry is developing students at a young age so that they may become the expression of Christ to the world.

Family Ministries Director
Emily, a Baton Rouge native, married Scott in 2008. They are blessed with three beautiful daughters, Ella Grace, Amy and Ann Virginia. Emily worked in youth ministry for 17 years before becoming the Grace Life Fellowship Family Ministries Director. She loves her job because she gets to walk alongside families as they connect to each other and Jesus.

Kids' Ministry Early Childhood Coordinator
Sara hails from the small town of Norco, Louisiana. She came to Baton Rouge in 2002 to study at LSU and to spend Saturday nights as a piccoloist for the Golden Band from Tigerland. Sara's role in kids' ministry is the culmination of her experience in communicating and entertaining. She loves that it allows her to share the word of the Lord with children in fun and meaningful ways. Sara and her husband Josh have three energetic and adventurous boys.

Kids' Ministry Nursery Coordinator
Kelly grew up in Baton Rouge and met her husband, Christian, after Hurricane Katrina displaced him to Baton Rouge. They have been married since 2006 and are blessed to have two teenagers: Sydney and Christian Jr. Kelly loves being a part of the work that allows children and parents to experience Christ and come together in fellowship with others.

Preschool Director
Kathryn is from Baton Rouge where she met her husband Tim while in college. They married in 1998 and have three children, Caroline, Andrew, and Olivia. Kathryn taught both PreK and Kindergarten and served as an After Care Director at a private school before staying home with her children. In 2014, she joined the Grace Life team to become the founding Director of the Grace Life Preschool.

Worship Leader
Jesse was born and raised in Baton Rouge. While pursuing a career in music as a young adult, Jesse had an encounter with Jesus. Since then Jesse's desire to lead God's children in worship through song has been the overwhelming desire of his heart. He joined the Grace Life team in 2016. He and his wife Samantha were married in 2009. They have been blessed with three children, Nordy, Jolene and Murphy.

Audio/Visual Tech Coordinator
Josh grew up in Mandeville and moved to Baton Rouge in 2003 to attend LSU. After receiving his degree in Electrical Engineering, he married the love of his life, Angela. They now raise their four children: Jonah, Penny, Elliot, and Yvette. In addition to his full time job as an electrical engineer, he manages all things audio/visual at Grace Life.

Audio/Visual Media Coordinator
Meredith and her husband Jeff started attending GLF in 2007. She began serving in kids' ministry in 2011 so she could talk with her kids, Joseph and Olivia, about church. Two years later, this led to her joining staff. Although Meredith is a trained nurse and continues working in the medical field, she is most passionate about sharing with others who they are in Christ and loves doing so through her position at Grace Life.

Pastor Emeritus
Frank served as the senior pastor of Grace Life Fellowship for 31 years and became pastor emeritus in January 2023. He laid a deep foundation in helping people find their true identity, worth, and purpose with Christ as their Life.
