Grace Life Fellowship Online Broadcast Viewer TIPS

1.     Having problems viewing the Live Broadcast?

- Please install the Latest version of Adobe Flash Player. 

- Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

- Check or Uncheck “Free Google Toolbar (optional)” and then click the Agree and Install now Icon.

- A link will appear at the top of the screen asking you to accept the Installation. Right Click on the blue bar and select “Install this Add on for All Users on this Computer”.

- Follow the on screen steps and complete the Installation.

2.     Is your audio or video choppy or freezing?

- For an optimal viewing experience Grace Life recommends at least 1.5Mbps or greater download speeds. Anything lower may indicate a problem with your Internet Service provider or the services in your area are not capable of higher speeds. It is also recommended to use a physical cabled CAT5 connection; Wireless can tend to be choppy and not optimal for viewing live video.

-So how do I know if my Internet Connection is optimal?

Go to www.speedtest.net

- Click on the begin test link.

- A series of download and upload test will automatically run to test your Internet Connection.  When complete a screen similar to the following will appear:

- The number under the Download Section should be at least 1.5Mb/s.  Anything lower may exhibit problems with your viewing experience.

3.     How do I display my nickname in the chat window?

- Type in /nick “your name” and then press Enter. Example /nick GLFAdmin:
